We are looking for an energetic and passionate store manager eager to drive business within a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to train and manage a diverse team of cannabis professionals while also creating a hospitable retail environment for guests and team members.
Our Store Managers are responsible for maximizing sales revenue through excellent customer service, inventory oversight and expense management.
In this role, you will guide the guest experience for your store.
The upper management team will regularly ask for feedback from you and your team members on products, promotions and best practices.
That feedback will be used to continue to build an aligned and strategic retail vision across the organization that provides the highest-quality guest experience.

Key Job Functions Provide leadership and guidance to your team with support from the upper management team, oversee financial performance of the dispensary Create a team environment that allows for the best possible guest experience Responsible for hiring new team members, developing team members and helping them grow their careers Provide exceptional product expertise and knowledge to guests and team members Attend and facilitate team meetings.
Uphold supervisory responsibilities which include assigning tasks, appraising performance, executing proper disciplinary actions, rewarding positive behaviors, addressing complaints, and resolving issues for retail employees.
Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive guest information; Receive, prepare, and complete guest orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale and record keeping system.
Order supplies and inventory to ensure the store is stocked accordingly.
Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
Job Requirements Cannabis experience not required but preferred 2
years management experience required, retail management experience preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment Must be able to stand or bend for prolonged periods of time.
Must pass state and federal background checks.
As per RLD regulations, a minimum age of 21
has been implemented for employment in the New Mexico cannabis industry.
All applicants must be 21 or over.
