Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of The Grass Station Cannabis Dispensary- Lead and inspire a team of passionate and knowledgeable staff- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative environment- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records- Implement and enforce compliance with all state and local regulations- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes growth and development- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers- Handle any customer or employee concerns in a professional and timely manner Salary$37000 - $45000 USD per yearRequired Skills- Must be 21 years of age or older- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cannabis industry or a similar regulated environment- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software- Understanding of state and local regulations related to cannabisDesired Skills- Experience in retail management, particularly in the cannabis industry- Knowledge of ABQ and surrounding areas' cannabis market and customer preferences- Familiarity with compliance software and reporting systems- Passion for cannabis and its potential benefits- Ability to speak multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer baseAbout The Grass StationThe Grass Station Dispensary is the newest division of Nature's Secret, proudly serving ABQ and surrounding areas with the finest cannabinoids and customer service since 2017.
