Job Details
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and stay updated on any changes that could impact the organization.
Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and competitive salaries to inform decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and overall strategy.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data.
Provide support for employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in the organization and execution of company events and activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other HR tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
