Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
2 year degree with 5-10 years experience
Excellent knowledge and experience utilizing QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook
General knowledge of income taxes
Maintain a current insurable driver's license
Candidate Skills
Responsibilities include:
Prepare examine and analyze financial statements and other reports
Analyze and maintain payroll reports
Compute and prepare quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns
Answer client questions and making recommendations for improved efficiency
Performs duties in compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
